Teaching Assistant, Team Teach - January 2019 Start - North West London

We are currently working with a number of mainstream schools SEN schools and Pupil Referral Units primary across the boroughs of Islington, Enfield and Camden who urgently require Team Teach trained TA's to work with a number of students across all year groups.

All of the schools has excellent facilities and provisions in place for students with severe learning difficulties, Autism and ADHD.

Candidates that work well at these schools are calm, unfazed and empathetic.

They require an experienced teaching assistant who have worked in an SEN field previously. You will be required to support the child on a 1:1 basis.

The school is accessible from a number of bus routes and train lines.

Key skills and experience needed:

• Previous experience within a school or other child related work
• SEN knowledge (Autism)
• Must have Team Teach training
• Level2/3 teaching qualification
• Confident
• Enthusiasm and friendly approach

It is crucial that you will have a DBS on the update service and be able to provide 2 references.
