Job description

An Outstanding secondary school based in Greenwich is looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant to work with a young boy who has Cerebral Palsy.

It is important you have experience supporting children with special needs, specifically, Cerebral Palsy. You will be positive, calm and comfortable with personal care. There is also a need for experience with early years aged children.

The child communicates mostly using Makaton, so you will be required to know and understand at least basic makaton. You will also need to have experience working with early years children.

This role would be to start as soon as possible and will be for the full academic year.
