The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school within the last 2 years, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or TA qualification. We are looking for lively and charismatic Teaching Assistants with a genuine desire to instil a love of learning in pupils!

About the role:

• Support the learning of children in a primary / secondary or SEN school
• Work 1:1 and in small groups when necessary
• Encourage pupils to interact in lessons
• Create an engaging and stimulating learning environment
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Monitor progress of pupils

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Degree and / or TA qualification
• SEN experience is desirable
• *Must be available full-time and immediately*
