I am currently looking to appoint an experienced and supportive Teaching Assistant / TA to work at a Secondary school based in Southampton in. The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will be working with EBD students and other associated challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to use your own initiative and set a positive example to pupils to ensure as much progress as possible with their work and behaviour.

This position will initially be temporary, however if you prove you are capable and fit in with the school and leadership team, this role can go on to be permanent.
