This brand new resource centre attached to a mainstream Primary school in West Drayton London are seeking a reliable and resilient teaching assistant to work within the unit and on a 1:1 basis.

The successful candidate will be able to work Mon-Fri, school term time and will be able to join their successful and supportive team on a long-term basis.

The school offer CPD and training so they are looking for a committed TA as they will be investing heavily into the progress and development of their staff.

You will be a nurturing and reliable support worker, able to work on a 1:1 and small group basis developing social skills and successfully managing behaviour to support learning. It will also be expected for the TA to work in the resource base to support all students within it.

You will need to be available for interview ASAP or an immediate start and you will need a valid DBS disclosure.
