SW London mainstream secondary school seeking LSA to join ASAP on a temp - permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have proven SEN and EBD experience to offer in class support to encourage students to reach expected levels of attainment. You will be supported by a strong SLT and will be given excellent training although they will expect the appointed candidate to have the ability to work autonomously.
