I am currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistants for a school in Sittingbourne.

My school is a well facilitated school with good transport links. The positions are to start in September on a long term to perm basis.

The ideal candidates will possess strong classroom/behaviour management skills, an engaging and encouraging approach and a nurturing manner.

The successful candidate will need to hold a current DBS and have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant. Have strong classroom and behaviour management, show initiative and believe you have potential to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Guide and monitor pupil progress
• Help with the panning of some lessons
• Support the teaching in managing challenging pupil behaviour
