Job description
Remedy are currently seeking an experience Teaching Assistant based in Bexley, Kent. The ideal candidates will possess strong classroom/behaviour management skills, an engaging and encouraging approach and a nurturing manner. Previous experience and training with EAL pupils is essential together with high standards of literacy and numeracy.
The school is a vibrant and welcoming, constantly improving in a learning environment where pupils and staff are helped to achieve. The school is well resourced and has excellent ICT facilities which succeeds in providing a pleasant environment.
Teaching Assistant Specification:
The successful Teaching Assistants will have experience supporting challenging behaviour and/or other complex needs, have strong classroom and behaviour management and available to start immediately. You will be resilient, show initiative and believe you have the potential to deliver outstanding outcomes.
