Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Tameside for dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our Neighbourhood Teams.

You will be responsible for supervising a pod of six social workers providing supervision, case management oversight, quality and assurance and allocation of work. The teams are fully supported by experienced Team Managers and Service Managers who strive to create friendly and supportive atmosphere. You will have full access to regular supervision, training and support.

Our Practice Managers are vital in ensuring the day to day running of the teams . On occasion you will joint work complex cases with more inexperienced social workers providing guidance and opportunities for learning and development.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
