This role will involve supervising a Senior Practitioner, Personal Advisors and Project Workers. This is a contract for up to nine months.

To be succcessful for this role your must have;

1. Knowledge and understanding of Ayslum Process for children and young people in care
2. Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services and Children in care
3. Proven experience of being a Team Manager with direct supervision of front line PA's
4. IT skills to use data recording systems such as ICS and spreadsheets and word documents

This role is a work from home role but site visits may be expected 1-2 times a week.
