A SEN School in Waltham Forest are seeking a Teaching Assistant with experience with SEN & Behavioural Difficulties to support SEN students on a 1:1 basis or in small classes who have SEND and Behavioural Difficulties

The pupil may sometimes express challenging behaviour therefore you must have experience in this area and be understanding and supportive of the student's difficulties

**Applicants must hold a valid Team Teach Certificate

The ideal candidate will:

*Maintain firm boundaries in a calm non-threatening manner

*Be Team Teach Trained

*Work to develop positive relationships

*Give positive and constructive feedback to the students

*Support & guide the pupil
