Our client, Southwark Council, is looking for Adult Social Workers to join their (0-25) disability team (autism and Learning Disability). They would work with their 18-25 clients and would need experience in the following:

Essential

Care Act 2014 assessment

Care and Support Planning for people with additional needs identified by the Care Act assessment

Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Best Interest meetings/decision-making

Adult Safeguarding

Desirable

Has applied for Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) from Court f Protection

Any other Court of Protection experience.
