This is a social work role within the exciting new Youth Resilience Service, which is being introduced as part of our cutting edge Partners in Practice programme.

The Youth Resilience service is a specialist adolescent multi-agency service, offering specialist support for young people aged between 11-18 and their families to reduce the risk of family breakdown.

As a social worker within the Youth Resilience Service, you will work alongside substance misuse and youth offending specialists, as well as family therapists, to deliver creative interventions to meet the needs of adolescents on the edge of care.
