Our client is looking for an experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker to join their JET team. The remit of the JET team is admission avoidance - essentially JET works into the Accident and Emergency Department across 2 different hospitals.

The successful applicant would be required to work within an multi-disciplinary team with other professionals such as OT's, physio's, and other social work staff to ensure clients remain safe.

The successful applicant will be expected to work some late shifts per week (12:30 - 20:30) as well as every other Weekend (09:00 - 17:00).

Weekend rate will be higher than normal weekday rate.
