As a Social Worker in this Adoption team you will be responsible for advising and supporting families through the process of assessment and post-placement working with social work colleagues on the appropriate placement and support of children whose plan is adoption; supporting families with adopted children, assessing private adoption applications and consulting with and advising colleagues on all matters of adoption practice.
