You will be joining a stable team within their improving social care department that welcomes candidates with previous experience, knowledge and skills in working with disabled children and their families, ideally having worked within statutory services.

The role will include the following;

- Reviewing of Short Breaks (play schemes/child minding/direct payments)
- Monitoring of on-line assessments
- Supporting Social Worker on our duty system
- Recommendations to resource panel for decision making
