Our Client based in Norh West London requires an Social Care - Early Years Practitioner.

The successful Social Care - Early Years Practitioner should be comfortable working within a challenging and fast paced environment.

The role as a Social Care - Early Years Practitioner-

To contribute to the promotion and development of an integrated education and daycare service that offers high quality services for children aged 2 to 5 years contributing to the programme of care and education for 0 to 7 year-olds across the centre. To assist Key workers with their responsibility for a group of children and support the smooth transition from home to centre, from centre to school and throughout the centre.
To assist Key workers with the task of assessing individual children by making observations about children's progress and share information sensitively with parents, telling them about their child's day or progress.

You will need for the role:

• HCPC registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
