The successful candidate will require the following-

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of repairs and maintenance services being provided to social housing stock under the shared services agreement. This will include direct management of the repairs, voids, cyclical and planned maintenance programmes along with ensuring other aspects such as asset strategy information is being maintained in accordance with operational and strategic requirements.
