I am currently Recruiting for a Service Manager to join an East London Local Authority. As a key member of our senior management team for Children's Early Help and Safeguarding services you will provide overall leadership, management and be accountable for the performance and quality of work in a service of up to 7 social work teams.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of performance improvement and service development and have extensive management experience.
