This post will take responsibility for a diverse and interesting caseload of commercial and residential property work, with the focus mainly on commercial.
Public sector experience is desirable but not essential. You will, however, need an understanding of local government and the issues we face.
Most important, you will be MRICS/FRICS qualified and with demonstrable skills in communicating, negotiating and balancing a wide range of cases.
