Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker/AMHP to work within a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

• To fulfil the responsibilities of an Approved Mental Health Professional under the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
• To contribute to the management and leadership of a mutli-disciplinary Team
• To provide professional and clinical supervision to team members
• To contribute to service improvement initiatives * To care coordinate a caseload of clients with severe and enduring Mental Health problems
• To undertake assessments of need, and formulate care plans in collaboration with service users, carers and other agencies
• To identify cultural, spiritual and communication needs of users within a diverse community and ensure that these needs are addressed in the care plan
• To undertake continuous Risk Assessment and Risk Management

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
