Senior Social Worker, Cambridgeshire, Older Peoples Service, £32ph

As an experienced Senior Social Worker, you will have previously supervised social workers, managed duty and chaired safeguarding meetings.

• You will manage a team of 6 social workers within the Review Team covering City, South and East Adult Services.
• The aim of this project is to reduce the backlog of reviews enabling a more proactive approach to be taken with future reviews.
• As the Senior Social Worker, you are responsible for the quality assurance that is essential for the team.

Essential requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration
• Previous/current experience in supervising social workers
• Excellent communication skills.
