Job Description:

• To provide an assessment, care planning, monitoring and review service for service users and carers with highly complex needs within the Adults and Older Peoples Service
• To undertake all types of safeguarding work within Adults and Older Peoples Service.
• To ensure that all work complies with Council policies and procedures and that statutory obligations are met.
• To take responsibility for maintaining own registration with the professional regulator
