Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to work within an Adults Safeguarding Team for a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner (Social Worker) to join the Adult Safeguarding Triage cluster within the Initial Assessment Team.
The Senior Social Worker will have direct oversight of Safeguarding and will be responsible for the day to day management activities as well as supervision of Social Workers, a Mental Health Resilience Worker and a First Response Officer.
Strong Safeguarding knowledge, expertise and experience is an essential pre-requisite of this post, as this is a busy, fast paced 'front door' Team.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
