This is a SEN role supporting students with ASD and Challenging Behaviour, the daily pay is £75-80 a day depending on experiences. This role is supporting in a classroom setting as well as some 1:1 work, supporting the classroom Teacher.

The Role - Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

This Special Educational Needs School requires an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join them on a long term basis from September 2018. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant you will be required to support the classroom teacher as well as working on a 1:1 basis with students with ASD and Challenging Behaviour.

Due to the nature of the students it is essential that you have previous experience dealing with ASD and challenging behaviour.
