SEN Teaching Assistants - ASAP Start

Our Alternative Provision and schools based in South West London are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants with proven behaviour management.

The main objective of this school is to offer a secure and carefully structured environment, where disaffected and/or permanently excluded pupils develop as confident and independent learners able to achieve their best outcomes. To facilitate and support the successful reintegration of pupils into schools.

The successful candidate will have a good level of numeracy, literacy, written and oral communication skills. The ability to contribute towards the planning, monitoring, evaluating and record keeping of individual education plans for specified pupils.
