SEN Teaching Assistants must:

** Must have a current DBS Children disclosure within 3 years of issue
** Be able to travel to Lewisham
** £70 - £85 per day, dependant on experience
** Have 6+ months previous experience working within SEN
** Be proactive, show initiative at all times and have a firm but fair approach
** PECS/Makaton/BSL/Maybo/Team Teach or some form of restraint experience is preferred

The School - SEN Teaching Assistant

This fantastic SEN school caters for primary age pupils most of whom have Autism. They currently have 148 pupils on roll. All of the pupils either have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or a Statement of Special Educational Needs. The school is located roughly a 15 minute walk from several Overground train stations and bus links. This school has been continuously rated "Good" by Ofsted which is reflected in their results and external surroundings.
