The Position - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Based within the Primary side of this special school, as a special needs teaching assistant it will be your responsibility to support students within KS2 that have a range of complex needs including PMLD, ASD, SLD, EBD and more. Therefore, previous experience supporting similar students will benefit your understanding of the support the children require. This role is open to both experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistants as well as graduate Special Needs Teaching Assistants that are looking for a begin to their career, this is because the school have their own training centre and are able to offer training to all new staff.
