In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must be a willing and passionate graduate who has a positive approach to problems. SEN experience is highly valued, whether that be voluntary or paid. The school wants graduates who can quickly establish strong relationships and bring an abundant supply of enthusiasm.

To be successful in this teaching assistant role you must be supportive, caring and have the ability to build a good relationships with the student(s) you would be working with. We are seeking graduates with the ambition to become Educational Psychologists, Child Psychologists or teachers keen to build relevant experience in a paid teaching assistant role providing support for children who have autism and communication difficulties.

You will be providing support for children who has autism and communication difficulties. You will need to demonstrate a motivational and engaging manner throughout this role and be proactive and patient to ensure the students are fully supported.
