Remedy Education is currently seeking a part-time SEN TA for a friendly primary school situated in Greenwich, Abbey Wood, South East London. The successful candidate will be joining a school recently rated 'good' in all areas by Ofsted and is home to eager pupils who engage well in lessons. The SEN TA role will be within a year 1 class and is supporting a young boy with mild autism and Non verbal and require some additional support in class. The school is looking to appoint on a on a long-term supply basis and the role is to begin ASAP. This is a part-time SEN TA role and will be working Monday - Friday 2 hours per day, 9.30am until 11.30am.

The role:

• SEN TA
• Supporting three year 1 boys with mild ASD
• Part-time, Monday - Friday, 9.30am until 11.30am
• The class has a supportive teacher and another full time TA

What you'll need to apply for the SEN TA role?

• Previous experience as a TA or LSA within UK primary schools
• Experience supporting children with SEN
• Experience supporting ASD is an advantage but not essential
• An up-to-date DBS, ideally registered with the update service
• Two teaching related references from your last two employers
