Person Specification
To be successful in your application you must be a capable SEN/SEMH Teacher who is able to teach across the curriculum with a focus on teaching English to GSCE. You will need to be a strong teacher with excellent behaviour management strategies in place. The school are ideally seeking an SEN/SEMH Teacher who has at least 2 years' experience of working with SEN and EAL pupils. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with a self-motivating personality and the ability to inspire learning and include all pupils into their lessons.

About the Role
In this exciting SEN/SEHM Teacher position you will need to have the versatility and keenness to hit the ground running. The class size is between 6-8 pupils who have a range so complex and challenging behaviours. Support is always available from the dynamic team of full-time experienced graduate support staff.
