SEN Teacher/ East London/ Primary SEN Teacher/ ASD/ Autism

This SEN school is located in the heart of East London and requires a strong and spirited, experienced SEN Teacher that has previously worked within an SEN school and can help lead the classroom Teaching Assistants. This is an SEN Teacher role were you would help prepare and plan lessons and deliver them to students who have SEN such ASD/PMLD/EBD. You will deliver a range of core subjects.

This highly thought after SEN school in easy reach via transport links from Central London and requires an SEN Teacher to join an outstanding team. This is an ideal role and opportunity to work in an SEN environment and take on responsibility quickly. You will relish working with an excellent team of specialist teachers (including behaviour support) and LSAs who are committed to raising achievement and helping students reach their full potential.

This role is ideal for an experienced Primary SEN Teacher who has the experience of working within a special or mainstream school. As you will be working with very challenging students you will possess outstanding inter-personal skills, be sensitive towards the students needs with a determination to nurture enjoyment and success for the students whilst expanding their education knowledge and improving life skills. The school has tailor made learning programmes for the individual students, you will assist with the delivery of these individualised programmes enabling students to access the National Curriculum and promote the schools commitment to inclusive education. You will be an effective communicator liaising with staff and attending parents evening to give feedback on students progress.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role and will suit the right person with the right temperament and skill to work with SEN students in East London.
