SEN/Education or Psychology Graduates - Southwark

Remedy are looking for SEN/Education or Psychology Graduates to start in our lovely SEN school based in Southwark, South East London.

You will be starting as a Teaching Assistant supporting children withing the classroom as well as some 1:1 work with students who need extra support.

The schools I work with are looking for the following;

• Graduates with a passion to pursue a career in teaching
• Minimum of 1 year's experience supporting students in any capacity
• Knowledge of SEN is desirable
• Available for the full academic year, full time, 5 days a week

• Teaching Assistant role
• £70-75 a day
• Based in Southwark
• Monday to Friday (8.30am - 3.30-4.00pm)
• ASAP Start

This post offers a unique opportunity for an aspiring teacher or teaching assistant to gain exposure within a whole school setting. As the Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for pupils and your duties will include but are not limited to: planning and preparing resources and lessons, working with small groups of selected students, supervising break and lunch times and providing constructive feedback to pupils. No previous school experience necessary.
