• Must have an Enhanced DBS registered to The DBS Update Service
• Monday to Friday - Full Time
• £70 to £85 per day

Special Needs Support Worker

This SEN School is looking for a friendly Special Needs Support Worker who can work on a 1:1 basis with a number of students who have additional SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Asperger's, Complex Needs, SEMH and EBD.

During the day you will be required to support students in the main classroom and when they find it too overwhelming you will then need to remove the students and go to a quieter area of the school to continue with their learning. The ideal Special Needs Support Worker for this role must have had previous experience in a similar role and be able to use Makaton and PECS.
