SEN teacher required

On behalf of Croydon SEN services, Remedy are looking to increase their team of SEND outreach tutors to work with children aged 4-18. Tuition usually takes place in an alternative education provision (not in school). We have both short and long term work available on a flexible basis. Students referred to us have a diverse range of special needs, including but not limited to: autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD, ODD, OCD, Tourettes, a range of SEBDs and SEMH needs.

You should have good working knowledge of the National Curriculum for SEN with:

• at least 2 years SEN teaching experience in the UK
• a UK recognised teaching qualification
• a DBS (ideally registered on the update service)
• a passion and drive to help SEN students progress
