I am seeking a confident and resilient Learning Support Assistant / LSA who is able to show initiative and support on a 1:1 basis. My client is an Alternative Provision situated in Bromley. This is an ongoing position.

You will be delivering tuition to students who are not able to work within a School setting. The purpose of the team is to deliver learning in libraries to students who are disengaged or cannot access learning in school for a short period. This person needs to be a TA with experience of working with challenging children who has resilience and tenacity to overcome learning barriers the students face.

You will need to be able to deliver English and maths to Functional Skills L2 and may also have to teach younger primary students. You will need to be mobile so driving and a car is essential.
