This role would suit a graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children. You will be a hard-working individual who can clearly display your drive to succeed and show enough confidence to warrant additional responsibility.

The school have positions for subject specialists, roles that will see you leading group work, intervention classes and working 1:1 with students on a daily basis! They also have posts working SEN. In this post you will be picking up new techniques and practices through the CPD scheme and creating an inclusive learning experience for SEN students.
