Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant - Remedy Education - London

Remedy Education is looking for a motivated and experienced Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Secondary division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident recruiter or sales professional who wants to build a successful desk within one of the most rewarding areas of education recruitment. You will be working with mainstream secondary schools helping them secure high-quality staff for long-term, supply and permanent roles.

The Role:

• Managing and developing a warm Secondary education recruitment desk
• Building relationships with primary schools, secondary schools
• Winning new business through calls, emails, meetings and school visits
• Taking detailed vacancies from schools and understanding their staffing needs
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Placing Teachers, TAs, LSAs, Behaviour Mentors, Tutors and school support staff
• Managing candidates through registration, compliance, interviews and placements
• Maintaining strong relationships with both schools and candidates
• Working towards targets and growing your desk
• Keeping up to date with school staffing demands across London

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have recruitment, sales or education sector experience
• Be confident winning new business and building client relationships
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and compliance in education recruitment
• Be resilient, organised and commercially focused
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be confident managing both client and candidate relationships
• Be motivated by targets, commission and progression
• Have knowledge of education, or a genuine interest in developing within the Secondary market
