Are you a Qualified Science Teacher looking for a new challenging role in South London?

The school are looking for Science teachers who

• hold UK QTS within Science Teacher
• Hold a Degree in Physics, Chemistry or Biology
• have a record of good and outstanding lesson observations
• Are either an NQT or experienced teacher
• are looking for a new challenge in a forward moving secondary school

The Secondary school is part of a supportive Federation of Schools they believe that all students can achieve excellence and that they deserve the very best support and resources to reach their potential. Students behaviour is good and staff are supported and driven by a great SLT and a dedicated Head Teacher.

The school is looking to appoint a passionate Science Teacher who is able to deliver high quality outstanding lessons to pupils in KS3 and 4. The role is to teach all areas of science, a specialism in Chemistry or physics would be desirable but is not essential. The school offers Science in mixed ability groups at KS3 but students are set in KS4. GCSE results are improving and this is due to the driven HOD and a team of strong teachers. The school have the need for an additional teacher due to promotion. The Science department are supported by a team of technicians and Science labs are well equipped and furnished to the best standards.
