Successful applicants should have:

• Confidence and ability to teach across the School, From KS3 to GCSE
• Ability to deliver explicit or outstanding lessons with Strong behaviour management.
• Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate students
• To teach their subject discipline, inspiring & motivate students to have a passion for their subject and an Understanding of key ideas, concepts and skills.
• The ability to continuously improve classroom practice and achieve excellent student outcomes.
• The ability to facilitate, motivate and encourage a learning experience, to achieve every student's individual potential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in relevant subject with Qualified Teacher Status
• Successful completion of teaching practice and PGCE/NQT
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality and diversity issues in education
• Knowledge of National Curriculum
• Valid DBS (or CRB within the last 12months, or proof of any overseas Checks if applicable)
