School Admin/HR Administrator - September 2021 - Temp to permanent
- Temp to permanent
- £85 - £95 per day
- Monday to Friday (35 hours per week - 8.30am to 4.30pm)
- Lambeth, South East London
Award winning Primary school based in South East London. You will be part of a friendly team who are looking for a highly organised HR professional.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Administrator working within a friendly and busy team you will have the opportunity to support in a variety of HR tasks.
If you have experience within a HR role and are confident with HR functions then this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities/Duties
- First point of contact for communication between school and payroll provider
- Dealing with pay-related enquiries
- Recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Sickness absence and monitoring
- Provision of workforce information and reports
- Casework administration, file management and record keeping
- General HR Admin
- Annual leave requests
- Typing letters
- Phone queries
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience within a HR role
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR functions and policies
