Experienced School Finance Officer Required for an Infant School in Southwark, South East London.

Are you an experienced School Finance Officer? Are you available part-time and immediately?

Remedy Education is seeking an experienced School Finance Officer to support the Admin Team with any financial related duties on a part-time basis, 3-4 days per week.You must sound knowledge of finance and be proficient in using SIMS.

The School:

  • An inclusive, safe, and friendly recently built 2 form entry school catering for children aged 3-7 years
  • Staff are enthusiastic, encouraging and committed to supporting children with a range of learning needs.

The role:

  • To support the school with daily Admin tasks and provide assistance in the Finance department
  • Prepare balance sheets and raise invoices
  • Duties may also include general admin duties such as writing reports and letters, sending out emails, managing the School Diary using SIMS on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • 1 year school-based Admin experience is essential and good knowledge of SIMS
  • Good understanding of Finance within a school office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Must be available to work part-time 3-4 days a week
