I am looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and friendly Caretaker for a Primary school based in Maldon, Essex.

The day duties will include a wide range of responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school. This includes security - opening/locking up the premises/alarms, cleanliness, porterage, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and minor repairs. A good level of computer competency would be an advantage.

The hours will be:

08:00am - 10am

2:30pm - 18:00om

This role will start on the 1st of July 2019
