Under the direction of the Manager, the post-holder must be committed to the objective of maintaining and developing a household, which is responsive to the changing needs of clients. This will involve providing an environment in which clients are encouraged to develop in all areas of their lives.
Consideration should always be given to using approaches that involve clients and as appropriate their families or advocates, centrally in decision making and making use of mainstream resources to ensure that individuals are as integrated into the community as possible.

This is a rolling contract offered at 34.5 hours a week.
