Qualifications

• Relevant communications professional qualifications (or working towards)

Experience and Knowledge

• 10 years' experience working with residents in a development or planning related context
• Experience of operating within and promoting a performance management culture
• Knowledge of formal consultation requirements associated with planning and development
• Good knowledge of engagement and communications strategies and approaches to support new development projects
• Working knowledge of latest relevant political environment and best practice (e.g. ballots)
