My client's school would like to appoint an Learning Support Assistant based in an Early Years Setting. The appointed LSA will uptake all responsibilities with supporting a student in Reception on a 1:1 basis. This role is not only rewarding when seeing the students reach their set goals, but also this position is the perfect opportunity to develop your own career in education and give you the tools to eventually teach in a reception setting.
