• High expectations of yourself and your team
• Ability to differentiate your lessons appropriately
• Providing the appropriate level of challenge
• Confident communicator
• Deliver lessons accordingly and collaboratively with other teachers
• Work collaboratively within the three-form entry school
• NQT's will be considered for this position as enough support will be given throughout your induction period
