Reception Class Teacher - Romford - September Start - Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school based in Romford for a September start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teacher or a strong primary teacher with Early Years experience who is confident creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured classroom environment.

The school is looking for someone who can support pupils through the early stages of their learning journey, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

The Role:

• Full-time Reception Class Teacher position
• Planning and delivering creative EYFS lessons
• Supporting pupils' early development across communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitoring pupil progress and supporting individual learning needs
• Working closely with support staff, parents, and senior leaders
• Promoting positive behaviour, routines, and independence

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Have previous EYFS or Reception teaching experience
• Have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Be creative, patient, and nurturing
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be confident building relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
