£28 - £30 per hour

The post is needed to ensure that the Local Authority can adequately respond to their statutory duty to provide information to people who apply to see the records held about them under the Data Protection Act.
Social care records need to be reviewed and any information not directly about the individual needs to be removed as it cannot be released without the consent of that person.
All work issued and accepted has to be completed to the deadline given to ensure statutory timescales are not breached.
Experience of social care is essential as is experience of managing records to a high standard.
