Remedy Recruitment Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Qualified Social Worker for a Referral and Assesment team on behalf of a local authority based in South London

As a member of the Referral and Assesment team you will:

Manage a caseload of children and families, including undertaking initial and core assessments in partnership with the child, parents, other family members and professionals as appropriate in accordance with the National Assessment Framework.

 Planning, implementing and terminating interventions.

 Facilitating the provision and co-ordination of appropriate services.

The Local Authority:

The local authority were rated "good" by ofsted who concluded that children receive coordinated, effectuve and timely support and that the leadership team have a "constant drive to deliver high quality services"
